All AbleClean Ltd operatives are trained, uniformed and fully conversant with the company’s Health & Safety Policy which conforms to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974; a copy of which is available upon request.
All staff are paid a substantial mark up to the minimum (or market clearing) wage and is what we refer to as an ‘efficiency wage’. Efficiency wages reduce monitoring, supervision and staff turnover costs. By reducing turnover of staff we consistently achieve 99.5% service attendance practically eliminating contract failure.
