Our team are hired after successful intervieww and reference checks. They are fully trained and easily recognisable by their Acol Cleaning and Hygiene Limited uniform. Experience is not essential as we provide full training and inductions. We accept speculative CVs all year round and we advertise all positions through the web and other local media.
We are always looking for reliable, consciencious staff to join our team of trained operatives. We offer excellant rates of pay, 4 weeks paid holiday, Bank Holidays, All uniforms and protective clothing. Many of our staff members have been working with us for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in employing the right person for the right job, afterall, our staff are our front line.
We operate a strict Health and Safety policy and understand the importance of protecting our team and those who come into contact with our business activity. We are accredited by the SAFE Contractor scheme which examines and audits our health and safety procedures and records for safe practices.
Our Cleaning Operatives, Supervisors and Operations Management undergo training, vetting and performance reviews to ensure we deliver our clients the service they expect based on continuity, quality and personal contact.
