Above all, regular visiting and inspection of all our contracts ensures the closest attention to detail, which means total customer satisfaction. After completing an initial site survey to establish each customers exact requirements, a free personalised proposal is provided with a comprehensive cleaning programme.
All sites are personally visited by their dedicated Client Account Managers on a regular basis whilst our staff are working and a full inspection of the premises is carried out to check that standards are being maintained. As an essential part of liaison, customers are asked to sign a monthly satisfaction sheet. Our Client Account Managers are rewarded for a job well done by receiving a client satisfaction bonus ensuring motivation and dedication.
Our flexible schedules deliver all that is required to provide a service of the highest standards. All staff are trained within COSHH Health & Safety Regulations. We also realise the sensitive nature of some client operations and we have the facility in place to process CRB and Enhanced CRB clearances.
