About the Business
We take the utmost care with your products, ensuring that the cleaning processes we use are appropriate. We are accredited members of the Norfolk Trusted Trader Scheme so we have been checked and approved by Norfolk Trading Standards and you can see feedback from clients. We operate a booking system which gives you a time slot for our arrival accurate to 30 minutes. If we are going to be outside this timeslot we will call to let you know, and make sure you are given a confirmed time of arrival.
Glyn is a Member and Director of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA Member No.1766). This means we are properly trained, and carry full treatment risk insurance covering the items we work on. Cleaners who are not NCCA members may not carry such insurance cover.
Chameleon Cleaning is also one of the first Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning companies in the country to become a member of the Government Endorsed consumer protection scheme, TrustMark. Only NCCA members with the highest levels of training who are compliant with PAS 86, the NCCA Code of Practice and other relevant criteria are allowed to become TrustMark members.
This means that Chameleon Cleaning operate to Government Endorsed Industry Standards. No other cleaning company in Norfolk can currently offer you this level of confidence and consumer protection. You can find us under the Handyman section until th NCCA achieve Scheme Operator status, when we will have our own category for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner.
