Based in Clacton-on-Sea Essex, we are a company that has had many years experience clearing squats, drug dens, rubbish hoarders and premises where tenants have had to be evicted by local councils.
We can also clean, restore and repair property damaged by vandalism or arrange for contractors to carry out works beyond our scope, providing homeowners and landlords with the complete property recovery package.
We also safely dispose of hazadous materials and "sharps" (needles, drug paraphernalia,broken glass) before decontaminating and disinfecting the space. All work is covered by our own guarantee and public liability insurance.
Founded in 2013 as a spin off company from our Handyman Services business because we often hand trouble getting cleaners of a standard that reflected our own high standards. We invested in quality cleaning machines and cleaning materials for the finishing on our property maintenance side.
