My commercial customers usually choose my low moisture cleaning system which as the name suggests requires very little drying time, just what you want to keep your business moving. The results of the cleaning using this method can be stunning and the carpet can be ready to use in as little as 30 minutes.
In order to safely clean your upholstery, the fibres must first be identified. Due to the delicate nature of some upholstery, some of the processes are done by hand. They involve a thorough vacuum, a prespray is applied and agitated into the fibres using a soft Tampico brush, this is then left to dwell for about twenty minutes. This process loosens the soiling.
The soiling is then extracted using a hot water extraction machine. Hot water is applied under very high pressure which is then extracted using powerful vacuum motors. This process happens almost simultaneously leaving your upholstery as dry as possible.
