About the Business
Initially the firm took on all contracts it could get from commercial cleaning and domestic cleaning to floor maintenance, carpet and upholstery cleaning. Gradually it became obvious that it was impossible to supervise contracts any distance away. From then on the decision was made to restrict operations within North East Lincolnshire area. Thus making it easier to maintain a personal supervision of standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
After two years of operation Patrick underwent a course of training with the National Carpet Cleaners Association. Where he gained Certificates of Proficiency in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Spotting and Stain Removal.
All other members of staff involved in this service have also undertaken the same training. Our Approval by the Home Services Directory (Trading Standards) gives customers confidence. Our employees are professionally trained and full time.
