About the Business
We began trading in 2006 and have been progressing steadily ever since. The business was started after we had bad experiences with cleaning companies and contracts in Ashford Kent.
We knew that we could offer a better service than what we were receiving at the time, and after long discussions within the family we decided to launch our own business. We had experience within the cleaning industry prior to opening the business and it has proven to be invaluable in the day to day running of Helpful Hands Cleaning.
The cleaning teams that we have employed have years worth of valuable experience within the cleaning industry. When we had to recruit we made sure that there was a rigid interview process in place, enabling us to choose the very best cleaners to work for our customers. It was very important to us that we had the best staff possible as we knew that this would minimize errors and improve customer relations when they visit homes and businesses.
We are now operating with over 25 staff and are growing in size every day. We have public liability insurance, which is great assurance for our customers. We want our customers to have confidence and trust in our staff. We are a local, family run business based in Ashford Kent, offering all of our customers great value for money coupled with an unrivalled personal touch.
