About the Business
We don’t make you sign a contract; we want you to stay with us because you want to, not because you have to.
Being a family business enables us to give our clients our personal, professional touch. Why? Well, with us knowing our staff in-depth, ensuring great training, and always applying common sense and initiative we are sure you will be happy. Liability Insurance also is provided and all customers’ keys are kept safely secure.
You have a face to face interview to discuss your requirements and the same cleaner each visit. In the rare case you may be unhappy ring they office immediately to discuss a solution.
Currently we have contracts with a holiday home in Boughton Monchelsea where perfection is provided at all times. Also we have lodges in Yalding which are made ready upon arrival for our new guests. Private homes having regular weekly cleaning and ironing services (from 2 hours to 6 hours). Also customers that just want ironing done and it is all returned on hangers with garment covers. Some clients have their washing done, drying and ironing all returned on hangers or folded if you request this.
