So, whether it’s the presentation of the reception area, or simply the cleanliness of the washrooms, a contractor’s quality of service is judged in the detail. And it’s here, in the detail that Nightingale excels.
We believe that the key to the successful delivery of our contracts is the application of an experienced management team assigned to deliver clients’ specific needs. All contracts are ultimately headed by our Regional Operations Manager, but with the day to day cleaning supervision managed by one of our Area Contracts Managers. This management group works very closely with the cleaning staff as well as liaising with our Head Office Co-ordinators. Between them they ensure that all operational matters are professionally handled and that periodic work is efficiently scheduled. Area Contracts Managers also track the quality of work, and meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss any issues and proposed actions.
