About the Business
In 2001, after thirty years in industry, I wanted to start a business that offered the high level of service and quality that I expected but so often found lacking. Safeclean offered a comprehensive training programme, back up support from experts in their field, the best equipment available and the strength of an organisation that constantly strives to use the best and most innovative products which have been thoroughly tested for effectiveness before they are adopted by the network.
In 2004 Terry French joined me from Allders, a department store renowned for quality and service. Terry has been well received by customers for his hard work and polite manner. We are both proud of the awards we have won for our work, with Terry winning Technician of the year and myself winning Franchisee of the Year twice.
Guardsman will confirm that the success rate for spot and stain removal achieved by Safeclean is the highest in the country and this has enabled me to build a relationship with many of our best local Carpet and Upholstery retailers who I am pleased to confirm recommend our services.
